CSA/PCS Annual User Education Conference 2023

PCS and CSA are excited to announce the Annual User Education Conference (AUEC) is set and open for registration! The conference is scheduled for June 25^th – 29^th and we invite and encourage you to attend.

Once again, the beautiful Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama will serve as the venue for this year’s conference. Offsite events include deep sea fishing and golf tournament on Monday morning along with initial sessions beginning in the afternoon of Monday, June 26^th. Tuesday and Wednesday will be full days of training, speakers, and round tables.  Wednesday will conclude with the annual family night on the beach with dinner, live entertainment, and fireworks. PCS sessions along with full synopses can be found in the April edition of Between the LINES coming out later this week. The cost of the conference this year is $799.  This price will include a meeting attendee and one guest/spouse.  It also includes a reception and 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and the family fun night. Guests and spouses are welcome to join for the Ice Cream Social, Vendor Reception, and the Family Fun Night, however no other meals are included in the registration price.

PCS and CSA staff want attendees to return to their utility with new knowledge and new ways our solutions can further improve the experience of your customers and staff. Attendees are each offered a certificate worth $799 (the cost of your registration fee) to put toward the license price of any new product through the end of the year.
